These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the services offered by Walima Invite (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or making a payment, you (“the client”, “you”) agree to these terms.

1. Our Service

Walima Invite creates personalised digital wedding invitation web pages, including guest-name links, online RSVP collection, countdown, music and related features. All work is delivered digitally as a web link; no physical product is shipped.

2. Pricing & Payment

• The service is offered at a one-time price of ₹9,999 (India) / AED 449 / USD 119, inclusive of the features listed on our pricing page.
• Full payment is required upfront before work begins. Work is scheduled only after payment is received in full.
• Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, card, or our online payment gateway.
• Prices in AED/USD are indicative and may vary slightly with exchange rates at the time of payment.

3. What’s Included

• One personalised invitation page for a single wedding/event.
• Personalised guest links and online RSVP collection.
• Up to two (2) rounds of revisions to text, colours, photo or details after the first draft.
• Additional revisions beyond this may be chargeable at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate details (names, date, venue, photos, guest list) needed to build the invitation.
• You confirm you have the right to use any photos or content you share with us.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final invitation before it is shared with guests.

5. Delivery

The first draft is typically delivered within 3–5 working days of receiving full payment and all required details. Timelines may extend during busy periods or if details are provided late.

6. Hosting Duration

Unless otherwise agreed, your invitation remains live until 30 days after your event date, after which it may be taken offline.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

As this is custom, made-to-order digital work, payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

The design, code and templates remain the property of Walima Invite. You receive the right to use your personalised invitation for your event. You may not resell or redistribute our templates.

9. Limitation of Liability

We take care to deliver a high-quality service but are not liable for indirect losses, guest delivery issues, or third-party outages (e.g. hosting, internet, email or payment providers).
