Walima Invite (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

• From clients: name, contact details, wedding details, photos and guest lists you provide to build your invitation.
• From guests: when a guest submits an RSVP, we collect the name, attendance response and guest count they enter.
• Payment: payments are processed by third-party gateways. We do not store your card or bank details.

2. How We Use It

• To create, personalise and host your invitation.
• To collect and pass RSVP responses to you, the client.
• To communicate with you about your order.

3. RSVP Data

Guest RSVP responses are collected on behalf of the client (the couple/family) and are shared only with them. Walima Invite does not sell or use guest data for marketing.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use trusted third-party services only to run the service — for example, website hosting, Google (for RSVP storage) and payment gateways — each governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

Invitation and RSVP data is retained while your invitation is live and for a reasonable period after your event, after which it may be deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us.
